We provide FREE academic support in most subjects including:
Math - English - Computers - Electronics - Programming - Business Management
Peer Tutors know exactly what you're going through. They can answer your questions, help you prepare class assignments, guide you through homework, and clarify methods and formulas from lectures and readings.
Through our Math Faculty Tutoring Program (MFTP) and Writing Center Professional Tutors, we provide specialized academic assistance in mathematics and writing across the curriculum. We offer specific help for courses that are consistently challenging for our students, including English, Critical Thinking, Math, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, and more.

Services Offered by the Academic Support Center:
- One-to-One Tutoring: An individual tutoring session with you and the tutor to go over all of your questions.
- Group Tutoring: Join a group or form your own. Know some classmates that could use a hand? Ask them to be a part of your study group headed by one of our knowledgeable tutors. Our tutors make group study fun and informative.
- Lab Support: Are you a faculty member that could use some help in your labs? Look no further than the ASC. We provide peer tutors for support in your lab. Never be overwhelmed by a class size again.
- Workshops: Conducted throughout the semester on a wide variety of topics. Need help with your resume? Want to brush up on grammar? Interested in computer science? Whatever the topic, the ASC is pleased to conduct workshops, and we are always open to suggestion.
- Computer Use & Study Space: Looking for a space with a friendly and inviting atmosphere? Look no further than the ASC. We provide computers and study space for all of your academic needs.
- References & Resources: The ASC has a reference library for you to utilize as a supplement to your textbooks. We ask that no books leave the ASC, but we welcome you to use them while visiting.
Remember, everyone needs help now and then. Come in, say "Hello!", schedule an appointment, utilize our computers, and browse our books.
